"Vive Nouvelle Orleans! Vive le Barnacle!"
"Mates. Let's go, meet 'em head on!"
"Come to meet your fate, oui? So be it. Attack!

Jean Magliore, Jack Sparrow, and Madame Minuit[src]

The Battle of New Orleans was an attempt to stop a magical threat that plagued New Orleans.

Prelude to the battle[]

After stopping the mutiny on the Fleur de la Mort, Jack Sparrow, Laura Smith, Mr. Reece and the rest of the crew of the Barnacle sailed off to New Orleans to stop what ever vile plot Left-Foot Louis and Silverback had in store.

Upon their arrival, the adventurers were shocked to discover the entire city covered in silver. Realizing supernatural forces were at work, Jack and Fitzwilliam P. Dalton III went off to contact Tia Dalma to get answers. The mystic warned the two about the dangers of the city and that Madame Minuit was the cause of it.

The battle[]

After the meeting, Jack and Fitzy raced through the slippery, silver streets of New Orleans to telll their mates of Minuit's involment. Unfortunately, the two were intercepted by the Pirate Guard and locked away in a prison cell. With the help of the Prison Dog, the two escaped and finally made it to the crews of the Barnacle and La Fleur de la Mort.

The crews found Miniut's place of operations and watched as Left-Foot Louis and Silver talked with their leader. Jack and his mates decided to jump out and attack the threesome when all of a sudden Miniut summoned her pirate guards and the battle to itself outside on the streets, save for Jack, Left-Foot Louis and Silverback.

Using her powers and reciting an ancient spell, Miniut and her pirate allies transformed into a huge, three-headed serpent. Luckily, Jack was able to evade their attacks and kill them. After Minuit's defeat, the Pirate Guard disbanded and the city was restored to it's normal self.

Aftermath[]

Although Jack was victorious, he had lost so much. Arabella, Jean and Tumen decided to take Captain Smith's offer and sail aboard the Fleur de la Mort. After saying their painful goodbyes, Jack was left only with Fitzwilliam and the two sailed off to find a new adventure.
