Clifford Rose

John Clifford Rose (October 24, 1929–November 6, 2021) was a British actor who portrayed the Bailiff in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. He played the character Sturmbannführer Ludwig Kessler in the BBC World War II television drama Secret Army (1977–79) and its sequel Kessler (1981). Clifford Rose died at the age of 92 on November 6, 2021.[1][2]
