Esmeralda Maria Consuela Anna de Sevilla had the tattoo with the same symbol that was imprinted on the blood money delivered to Hernán Cortés by the Aztecs. Hector Barbossa had the cluster of five stars from the cover of the diary of Galileo Galilei tattooed on his right arm.

Teleportation is the transfer of matter from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them. During the Age of Piracy, teleportation was achieved through magical or supernatural means, in addition to some physical mechanisms that would allow for teleportation. Individuals most notably having possessed or showed proficiency to use this ability include the cursed captain Davy Jones, the voodoo mystic Tia Dalma, and the undead pirate Jolly Roger. Not to be confused with transportation.

Transport or transportation is the intentional movement of humans, animals, and cargo from one location to another. Modes of transport include land and water. The field can be divided into infrastructure, vehicles, and business operations. Transport enables human trade, which is essential for the development of civilizations. Transport infrastructure consists of both fixed installations, including roads, waterways, canals, and terminals such as warehouses and seaports. Terminals may be used both for the interchange of passengers, maintenance, goods and cargo. Means of transport are any of the different kinds of transport facilities used to carry people or cargo, which may include vehicles, riding animals, and pack animals. Vehicles may include carriages and wagons as well as ships. Jack Sparrow once told Cutler Beckett that he would haul any cargo, but refused to transport slaves.[4] Even on shore Sao Feng runs a tight ship, and his bath house workers must ensure that there was a constant supply of hot water and steam. A complicated network of pipes made from bamboo transport the hot steam from the boiler room to the bathtubs above.[5] Not to be confused with teleportation.

Treason is the crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against one's sovereign or nation. Treason also covered the murder of specific social superiors, such as the murder of a husband by his wife. Treason against the king was known as high treason and treason against a lesser superior was petty treason. A person who commits treason is known in law as a traitor.

Treasure is a concentration of riches, often one which is considered lost or forgotten until being rediscovered. Pirates often buried their stolen fortunes in remote places, intending to return for them later, often with the use of treasure maps.

Trojan Horse[]
The Trojan Horse is a tale from the Trojan War about the subterfuge that the Greeks used to enter the city of Troy and end the conflict. In the canonical version, after a fruitless 10-year siege, the Greeks constructed a huge wooden horse, and hid a select force of men inside. The Greeks pretended to sail away, and the Trojans pulled the horse into their city as a victory trophy. That night the Greek force crept out of the horse and opened the gates for the rest of the Greek army, which had sailed back under cover of night. The Greeks entered and destroyed the city of Troy, decisively ending the war.
Typhoon[]
A Typhoon is a mature tropical cyclone that develops in the western part of the North Pacific Ocean. It is precisely equivalent to a hurricane, which results in wind speeds of 64 knots (118km/h) or above. Jack Sparrow was said to be born on a pirate ship during a typhoon.
