Not much is known about this man's early life, but it's known that he was born in England. He lived in London, where he was presumably a member of the Old Bailey.
During the trial of the pirate Joshamee Gibbs, who was believed to be the notorious Captain Jack Sparrow, the heckler stood atop a balcony, and eagerly awaited Gibbs being sentenced to death. However, when Judge Smith (who was, unbeknownst to the court, actually Sparrow in disguise) declared that he would not be hung, the Hecler started yelling and throwing things at the court. His further fate is unknown.
