Forgive my skepticism, but this doesn't exactly "clearly" confirm much, other than we see Patrick Hume on set, dressed in both pirate attire and CGI suits, so he could be anyone. Although the apparent fact that Hume is holding a Dutchman sword only known to be held by Crash might hold weight on this claim. And then there is the "resume" website, which I linked.
