How can mistress Ching fight if she is blind? Should we consider this part of the canon?

- Mistress Ching isn't blind, she's legally blind; there's a difference. Legally blind is just extremely poor eyesight. Usually the eyesight of elderly people becomes so poor, they're declared legally blind to excuse them from having to do anything that could put them or others in danger (such as driving a car). - I'm saying she's got to be totally blind because the "Behind-the-scenes" said she was and how can anyone see their hand in front of their face with cataracts like Ching's got?--ScungiliGuy 03:52, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- If it was said in the DVD features, then her blindness is a canon fact. However, a totaly blind peson also can fight, because if somebody loose your eyesight, the other sences develope in order to balance this disability. Possibly she's able to hear silent noises of her enimies and/or feel the air drafts caused by their movements, some martial artists fight "blind" with bandages covering their eyes, so that they can't see anything. After all, blind fighters were featured in many movies including Daredevil, Zatoichi and Once upon a time in Mexico (In the last it's a CIA agent portrayed by Jonny Depp ^_^ ).
