The jaguar is a New World big cat. It lives as far north as Mexico and as far south as South America.
The treasure of Stone-Eyed Sam included several jaguar statues cast in solid, precious metals.[1] Jack Sparrow and Fitzwilliam P. Dalton III encountered a jaguar in the volcano on Isla Esquelética. They were able to escape it using the Timekeeper.[2]
