- "A golden idol of Hurukacelitipochtli, the Incan god of death."
- ―Item description
The Khirucatceliti statuette was a gold figurine and idol of the Incan god of death, Hurukacelitipochtli.
History[]
The idol was created by the Inca civilization prior to the arrival of the Europeeans in the South Caribbean Archipelago.
In the 1630s, the idol passed to the hands of the sailor Giraldo Figuiera who was part of an expedition by Raoul Rheims to find lost treasure in the island of Khael Roa. He was subsequently murdered for it by an unidentified woman rumored to be his sweetheart, and the woman was arrested by the head guard in Greenford colony, who was instructed to transport the idol aboard the Arabella to Redmond under orders by Governor Robert Silehard.
The rogue captain Nathaniel Hawk intercepted and captured the Arabella, taking the idol for himself and using it to open the Temple of the Sun God in Khael Roa.
