La Vipère was the flagship of Christophe-Julien de Rapièr, the French pirate captain who operated in the Caribbean induring the 1710s. Her name translates to "snake" in French. A brigantine, she was very fast and maneuverable. The ship was armed with deadly chase guns, useful for hunting down enemies.
