Luis Montoya was a Spanish pirate and the First Mate to Esmeralda Maria Consuela Anna de Sevilla, the captain of the Venganza. Luis was extremely loyal to his captain. Esmeralda only trusted him to keep her and Jack's nighttime excursions discreet. Luis witnessed the attack on the Fair Wind and helped mend the Wicked Wench and heal her crew after the attack on the Wicked Wench. Montoya's fate is unknown.
