M. Scott Shields is an actor. He portrayed the pirate crewman Duncan in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and Dead Man's Chest.
Biography[]
Shields began his acting career in 2003 in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl as Duncan. He would also portray the same pirate in 2006 in the film's sequel, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. Despite being killed off early in Dead Man's Chest, the character of Duncan would appear in scenes after his death in the background. Shields' only other notable credit is in 2010 as a Homeless man in the film Mariah Everyday Ordinarily.
