Nice Juicy Bone is a musical theme composed by Klaus Badelt (with Hans Zimmer's assistance) for Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. It appears as track seven on the film's expanded soundtrack.

This track starts with a creepy suspenseful tune, that continues until the end of the track.

In the film 

The track plays during the scene where the prisoners are trying to get the keys from the dog, by offering him a "nice juicy bone".
