Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End was a 48-page comics adaptation of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. It uses a stylized, cartoon-like art style.
During the skirmish off of the Black Sand Beach both the Black Pearl and the Empress open fire on the Endeavour. Mercer is thrown overboard by the crew of the Black Pearl. Groves's exclamation about Jack Sparrow to Beckett is omitted.
Jack's conversation with Will about stabbing the heart of Davy Jones is omitted.
The parley between the pirates and the East India Company is set on the shores of Shipwreck Island, not on a sandbar. Davy Jones can be seen standing on sand, instead of in a bucket. During the parley Jack Sparrow drops his piece of eight in the sand, leaving it for Barbossa to pick it up.
During the battle of Calypso's maelstrom Davy Jones captures Elizabeth and lifts her in the air with his crab claw. When Will stabs him in the back Jones breaks Will's sword instead of bending it. Jack holds the heart for Will to stab it with another sword. Beckett's body is shown floating among the broken remains of the Endeavour.
