The Pirates of the Caribbean: Ultimate Trilogy Collection was a release of the original Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. This 7-disc collection was one of two "Trilogy" collections released on March 1, 2011. The set included a "Rules of Pirate Conduct" as well as a free ticket and sneak peek of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.

Content[]

Unlike most of the Pirates trilogy sets, the Ultimate Trilogy Collection had several additional decorative details and features. The set includes:

There is the "All-New Captain's Compass" bonus disc which includes exclusive bonus features, including newly released deleted scenes from Dead Man's Chest and At World's End with optional commentary. Personalize your own "Captain's Log Book" and initiate yourself into "The Secret Order" with the "52 Rules Of Pirate Conduct" which is ten full pages seemingly originating from the Pirate Code book seen in At World's End. Some of the sets were Best Buy exclusives and include a "Free Movie Voucher" for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, plus a sneak peak for the film through the "On Stranger Tides Revealed" featurette.

Trivia[]

  • While the bonus disc includes most of the deleted/extended scenes from Dead Man's Chest and At World's End, there were some scenes missing from the collection. These scenes include "Don't Eat Me," "Not So Fortunate," and "Three Swords - One Key" for Dead Man's Chest, as well as "This Was Your Idea" and "The Coming Storm" for At World's End. All the scenes would be included in future releases, beginning with the Pirates of the Caribbean Four-Movie Collection in 2011.
