This page describes the significant home video releases of official feature films, television shows, and documentaries related to the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, excluding releases which did not come directly from Disney or spoofs programs, such as Epic Movie or like Robot Chicken.
1991[]
A Day at Disneyland souvenir video was released. Among other footage from Disneyland, this video features Captain Hook and Mr. Smee riding the original Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.
2003[]
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (DVD)[]
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl was released on DVD in December 2, 2003. One version was a Two-Disc Collector's Edition set.
The film was also released on VHS, and is the only Pirates of the Caribbean film to be released in this medium.
2004[]
The Lost Disc[]
A special edition set which repackages the existing 2-Disc Collector's Edition of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl with "The Lost Disc", comprised of nine bonus features released on November 8, 2004.
2006[]
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (DVD/Blu-ray)[]
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest was released on DVD on December 5, 2006.
2007[]
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End[]
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End was released on DVD on December 4, 2007.
At the time, the Two-Disc Limited Edition DVD had limited availability, and so was available only through September 30, 2008.
2011[]
Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy set[]
There are several versions of this collection, with its exact release date unknown, but some sources list it as March 1, 2011. The Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy set. It was a seven-disc edition, which included the following:

- Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
- Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
Pirates of the Caribbean: Ultimate Trilogy Collection[]
Also, the Pirates trilogy was repackaged in a 7-Disc Ultimate Trilogy Collection, which has several additional decorative details and features. The set includes:

Personalize your own "Captain's Log Book" and initiate yourself into "The Secret Order" with the "52 Rules Of Pirate Conduct" which is ten full pages seemingly originating from the Pirata Codex seem in At World's End. And lastly there is a "Free Movie Voucher" for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, plus a sneak peak for the film through a mini-featurette.
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides[]
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides was released on DVD and Blu-ray sets on October 18, 2011.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Four-Movie Collection[]
Screenwriter Terry Rossio hinted the possibility of a short film on his website Wordplay, having mentioned Jim Byrkit's notion of using the set. At the time, it was intended for a "trilogy 'Treasure Chest' DVD."[1] Since then, he had hinted a special edition set, though it had been pushed back a number of times.[2] Despite it being worked on after Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End wrapped filming, around early December 2006, Tales of the Code: Wedlocked wasn't announced until about a month after the release of the fourth film, On Stranger Tides, in 2011. Disney/Buena Vista had announced that the home-video release of On Stranger Tides would include the "Pirates of the Caribbean Four-Movie Collection," a 15-disc packaging containing not only the four feature films but also the short film Wedlocked.[3][4][5] The set also included an authentic replica "Pirate's Chest", a collectible map and an iconic Aztec gold skull disc case that held the Blu-ray discs and digital copies of all four Pirates movies, the Blu-ray 3D disc and DVD of On Stranger Tides.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales[]
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales was released on digital download by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment on September 19, 2017, and on Blu-ray, Ultra HD Blu-ray, and DVD on October 3.
