"Hmm...It's an odd coincidence."
"Because you happen to have a ship and a crew you don't need?"

Sao Feng and Elizabeth Swann[src]

This man was the uncle of Pirate Lord Sao Feng.

Biography

As Sao Feng possessed rare navigational charts to reach the world beyond theirs, these charts were irreplaceable, and thus could not be kept at Sao Feng's waterfront base, due to the damp air. As such, were to be stored under careful vigilance at the temple of Sao Feng's uncle. A short, bespectacled man, he resided in Singapore in a temple which was raided by Will Turner, who was searching for those very charts.[1]
