Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The shrimper's ship was a small schooner that the shrimper and his brother used to fish all over the Caribbean Sea. The ship made several trips to Isla de Pelegostos to trade spices for "long pork." Will Turner sailed on this ship on his personal quest to find Jack Sparrow.

History

At some point in his life, the shrimper came into possession of a schooner. He would use this vessel regularly to conduct his business of trading spices to many different individuals across the Caribbean, most notably the cannibalistic Pelegostos Tribe, to whom he traded spices for "long pork". The ship was docked at Tortuga when William Turner approached Turner in search of Jack Sparrow and the Black Pearl, the very ship which the shrimper happened to have noticed at the Pelegosto island.

The shrimper transported Turner to the island, but left his brother to take him ashore in a rowboat.
