How come he is alive in the Aztec Statue comic if the was dead before that happened-Jack the monkey yo ho ho
- It may not necessarily be him; it only bears a resemblance to the guy. Take it as artistic license. Besides, any elements of spin-off material that directly contradict the films are regarded as non-canon (though the material itself remains canon).
