Wu Ling was an esteemed and great navigator. Not much is known of his life, other than he was known for his journeys to the mysterious gates of the afterlife. For these journeys, Wu Ling was presented the Map of the Land of the Dead, which lead to the spiritual realms and the land beyond death.

Behind the scenes

Wu Ling is only mentioned in the Certificate of Authenticity for Map of the Land of the Dead, a rare product for the 2007 film Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.
